All who wish to participate in the conference need to register.   Only registered individuals will be accepted as members for this website, and hence have access to conference material and to meeting access.

We welcome participation from scholars and students who are not giving papers, but we may need to limit numbers.   Students working at undergraduate or master's level need a recommendation from a faculty member.
